PUNCTUALITY – CANCELLATIONS – GRATUITY

Punctuality

To allow time to check in, change and be ready for your service please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. If you arrive after your reservation time we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

Cancellations

We understand some cancellations cannot be avoided. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please notify us of your cancellation 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge.

Gratuities

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept tips on credit card transactions. Service providers can receive gratuities by cash or check directly.
